Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

 

Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

I offer free shipping on all orders worldwide as a gift to collectors of my handmade teddy bears.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note: Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping Method

All packages are sent via international registered priority mail from Spain in beautiful gift packaging. Each shipment includes:

• A tracking number (sent to your email)
• Delivery confirmation for added security
• Careful packaging to protect your collectible bear during transit

Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain: 3–5 business days
• European Union: 7–14 business days
• United States, Canada, UK: 10–21 business days
• Australia, Asia, Other International: 14–28 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in your country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Important for US Orders

For parcels sent to the United States, a phone number is required for courier delivery (USPS, UPS, DHL). Please make sure to provide your phone number when placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to you.

Refund Policy

One-of-a-Kind Collectibles

All teddy bears in my shop are handmade, one-of-a-kind (OOAK) artist pieces that I create personally. Each bear is unique and cannot be replicated. Due to the custom nature of my collectibles, all sales are final and items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in packaging and shipping each teddy bear to ensure it arrives safely to you. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement (if a similar piece is available), or a refund at my discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
