Pricing Policy

We understand that budget and price matter, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

While we maintain standard pricing for our products, we are open to reasonable price negotiations when appropriate.
If you love an item but feel the price is slightly out of reach, please reach out!
We’re happy to discuss and find a solution that works for both of us.

Refund Policy

One-of-a-Kind Collectibles

All teddy bears in my shop are handmade, one-of-a-kind (OOAK) artist pieces that I create personally. Each bear is unique and cannot be replicated. Due to the custom nature of my collectibles, all sales are final and items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in packaging and shipping each teddy bear to ensure it arrives safely to you. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number

I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement (if a similar piece is available), or a refund at my discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
